Panjin Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1998. Over the past 19 years, she has been developing so rapidly that both her quality of graduates has been improving continuously and her ability to serve the community has been strengthened significantly.
The college has been adhering to the educational philosophy of consolidating the basis, stressing on practice, promoting quality and advocating innovation. Integrity, positiveness, diligence and innovation are her school motto. Her graduates are so skillful that they have been employed not only in Panjin, but also in Liaoning and other areas of China.
The college attaches great importance to the employment of graduates and has established a stable relationship with a number of employers inside and outside the province, which provides a good platform for employment. The employment rate of graduates is more than 92% in the last five years, which ranks the leading position in the colleges of the same level in the province.
In recent years, Panjin municipal and government have been attaching great importance to the development and construction of our college, constantly increasing the amount of funding investment, gradually improving the environment of the college and providing a strong political, institutional and financial support to help the college to achieve high levels of development. With the full implementation of the Thirteenth Five-year Plan in Panjin and the "overall transformation and development of the coastal zone" strategy, the College will also enter a new era of development which will be written in the history. Looking ahead, we have the confidence to run the college into a comprehensive modern vocational college with regional characteristics which will provide a steady stream of human resource support and technical support for the Panjin economic and social development and important force for Panjin’s "overall transformation and development of the coastal zone" strategy.
